New tank cycling... Odd

Not that I don't understand the cycle or any part of a new tank. Im sort of lost. Over 2 weeks ago I filled my tank threw 12 chromis in there and 2 chunks of mysis shrimp. The highest point of my ammonia was .5-1ppm and that checked out for 2 days which was about 1 week ago. Since then I have had flat 0 for all nutrient tests. I have fed my tank heavy do try and see another ammonia spike and have yet to see any trace of any nutrients. Im using salifert and ATI tests. Think I'm good to start adding some more livestock?

Under normal conditions I would not be alarmed but this tank is bigger and I'm aiming for pure SPS tank with some delicate fish so I'm trying to watch the steps I take.

Did you start with live sand and live rock and how much? What kind of filtration are we talking about? Need more info!

Everything is listed in my signature as far as my system, filtration, and lighting. All my rock was bleached, acid bathed, and soaked in prime for 2 weeks. I used 5 lbs live rock and 5 lbs sand from LFS. The rest in the tank was nonliving at the intro.
