New tank is ready ... Now what?

So my new tank has cycled and is ready for livestock. The question is what to start with? A cleanup crew to keep algae under control or a couple of hardy fish? The plan is to start with a FOWLR then add more rock down the road and have a mixed tank.
Here is what I have so far...
Truvu 100g corner DT
Eshopps R-100 sump
Coralife 220 Super Skimmer
Eheim 3400 return pump
2 Marineland 400 pumps (they will be replaced with tunze pumps later)
Vertex Illumina 360 2'
120lbs live sand (20 of which is in the sump)
15lbs live rock
75lbs dry live rock (I guess it's all "live" by now hehe)

Adding one or two small fish and a few snails would be a good start IMO. (trochus or turbo) See how these do for awhile and then add something else. Even though your tank has cycled, it's still not necessarily a stable environment yet, so you'll want to add things very slowly at first. GL.

Both? I thought going even slower with one or the other would be better. Say a couple of snails for a few weeks then a fish or two for a few more weeks and so on to give it a chance to keep up with the load.
