okay, good new first. i got a 10 gallon tank, aga, to house my clowns and my firefish. its plumbed into the same sump as my 26 gallon, and both have their own drains. the 26 also drains into the 10 gal (gravemetically) and into the sump. i chose this design, incase of powerout and powerin again, my main tank wont overflow because the tank-tank siphon will be broken.
problem, i moved my clowns, a PITA to catch, but my firefish haha ya right, still in the 26 hiding in its home under some rock in a hole.
problem 2, there is a 2" lionfish in the 26 gal now and i want my firefish out before its dinner
new fishy = 2" lionfish, just beaufitul. and no, please no "lionfish police" please, i know its gonna grow bigger, but i'll exchange for dwarfs later.
problem 2 my Seio 820 was WAY too much flow, even on low, for the lionfish, it couldnt chill.... so what would i do about flow for the 26 gal tank now? i dont want to make it FOWLR, it will be a reef. maybe get a Seio M500 or so? its only zoos, no SPS for crazy flow.
enough talk, here are the pics
