New tank Pictures

My CA runs about 430-450, i wouldn't cal that high. They do show up less when my levels get out of whack. do pluck them occasionally but that only does so much....

Nice job.

Like to see other tanks w/ lots of coralline on the back. I see some tanks that look like they are right out of the box. Too clean, makes my tank look like a ghetto tank...

Thanks for all the comments

I like the coraline as well, but hate the scraping that comes with it. If i am not on top of it weekly it starts to cover the front and side glass, but it could be worse.

I think those rabbit fish eat almost anything. I may try one but haven't had a lot of luck with new fish, my tang doesn't like anything new.

Is there anything that does? Whats the best way to get rid of them? Is it the same ad most other algea, nutrient reduction?

Its been a few months, and i have been fighting the algae (neomeris and the green calcerous algea) but here is my holiday update.

I really need to invest in a camera and stop using my iphone.

The one on the left is a standard pink birdnest, the one on the right is supposed to be a yellow, but only the shaded tips get any yellow color to them. Both grow very well. They started just like the rest as small frags.
