New tank question

so im slowly in the process of setting up a 120g tank and deciding what lights to get for it, it is a standard 4ft 120g tank and as far as corals i want to keep mainly lps and my carpet anemone i currently have which is under halides in my smaller tank. But im not sure if leds will be strong enough for my carpet? Any input would be great iv been researching and find many mixed reviews about lighting. I have considered t5s but again not sure what i need as iv only ever had metal halides but want to try something different on this tank. thank you

I went from LEDs to T5s and I love the t5. I notice a great difference in the corals. I think the best set up is t5s mixed with LEDs
