Hi all, we are setting up a new tank. The base is wood but we are going with a glass tank now so we need to have a steel frame built. My question is we have 6ft 3/4 space from ground to top of where the top is... My question is what is a good amount of space I should use for the base and then for the tank... It will be a reef tank.
In the image attached it is a 3ft base and 32 inches for the tank... I am thinking I need more room at the bottom for getting under there for maintenance. I have a 450 Gallon with a 3ft base and it is no where enough for me to get in. Any ideas?
