New Tank Setup

Finally found a tank; 65 gal RR. Still in the planning stages now. Few factors to be worked out: placement, temp, etc. What I would like to have are the following and if anyone has any suggestions let me know. Lighting: looking for 2 175 e ballast to drive Iwaski 15K SE., would like to suppliment these with VHO actinics. Would consider using 250s w Radiums, but want to keep both the temp and the electric bill in check.As far as a skimmer, would like something that could fit under the tank in a sump; thinking about a Vertex. What would like to have in the tank will be a few SPS, pair of cinn. clowns and a BTA. Any feedback; suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm running a 65g rr. 250w and 150w halides, built a hood myself, 2 computer fans in the hood temp controlled by my a/c jr. No problems overheating yet

I have a EuroReef skimmer that is in excellent condition with an almost new motor that I used on my 65g -- it has a 9x9 footprint and is only 20" high
