New tank stinks

My tank is about 3 weeks old now and it's starting to smell. My old tank never smelled like this. Any clues?

That's really not much information to go on.

1. What size tank?
2. Do you have live rock?
3. Do you have live sand?
4. What are your water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, etc.)?
5. Are there any fish, snails, etc. in the tank?

0 ammon, 0 nitrite, 20-30ppm nitrate
clean up crew and a couple softies (xenia, toadstool, frogspawn
