Looking to get a bigger tank (125 gallon) I'm looking at the Clear For Life UniQuarium with the built in filtration. I don't know anyone with one so I was wandering if it is a good setup.
Any reason why you want to go with an all-in-one (AIO) solution for a tank that big? A few reasons why I'd advise not to go with one.
1. While Acrylic is much more transparent it is also much more prone to scratching.
2. Limited space in rear compartments will severely limit you in choice of equipment
3. Bioballs are great for o2 exchange but can become a nitrate factory if maintenance isn't done
If it was me I'd look for a glass tank that is plumbed for a sump. Much more space for a variety of equipment and easier maintenance.
