new to 7095 multicontroller need help

I have a 210 gal sps tank with 2-6100 on each side of the tank, 1 close to the front glass and 1 close to back.
I would like to hear what other hobbiest are using as far as the different programs for the 7095 and what results have they noticed, in other words which program do you like most and why?

Moon light, Interval 2, pulse set for 6 seconds every 6 hours, 40% min & 100% max on both pumps.
