I believe the corals you have are LPS, not SPS, lol.
Did u mean NO3, PO4, all 0 ???
If it was a FOWLR tank, I dont think NO3, PO4 will be low,
if those are high, corals won't do well.
Also you will need to check the PH, SA, KH, CA
not to forget magnesium also to be checked.
if you're changing water 15% every 3-4 weeks your NO3 & PO4 cannot be 0. if you are feeding your tank with food. if you're not feeding it it's possible specially if you don't have any fish in there to be zero but you still need to do water changes every 2-3 weeks and if you have fish in there it's better to do every 1-2 week water changes.
