New To Hobby. Biocube 32 Q's

I just purchased my first saltwater tank, a biocube 32g and I have no idea what equipment I need to get for it.

I am looking for...
A Heater
A Protein Skimmer
And A UV Steralizer

What are the best ones for this tank?
