New to QT, Q on dosing Prazipro

Not new to the hobby, but new to QT. After over a decade, was finally bit by marine velvet. So now, everything is QT as I rebuild.

I'm reading articles about QT, etc. Many suggest Prazipro doses more than once, but only suggest a partial water change. If the first dose is X milliliters, then there's a 25% or 50% water change, should the next dose also be a full X dose, or should it be X/4 or X/2?

Full dose as last dose is probably gone from the water. It only last like 3 days I think. I usually dose prazipro during ttm transfer 2 and 4
