New to Reef and I got guests....

Hello Everyone,
First off thank you for all the posts! All this info is very helpful. Unfortunately i can't seem to find the answer to this. I found this guy in my tank last night after a friend said "if you really want to see how cool your tank is, take a flash light to it" He seemed pretty big about 2-3" and seemed to be weaving in and out of the rocks. Should i grab some tweezers next time i see him and yank his butt out of there?

It is hard to tell by the pic what he is. If you did grab him and took a pic in a bucket it might be easier to distinguish what he is. My motto is when in doubt take it out. The times I have not done so ..... I regret horribly.

Hard to tell what it is, but it looks like a bleached peanut worm. Does it look like it folds in on itself when it retracts into the rock?
