New to Reefing 90G Build

Hi Mike I see where you put the check valve but did you consider it may back flow through the manifold once that is up and running?

......****. You reckon I can use check valve on my reactor tubing or any other equipment I may add?

I knew I was posting on here for a reason...totally missed that thank you.

Your sump is a pretty decent size. Maybe you won't need it. I didn't use one because my sump was able to hold the back flow water.

I'm giving the glue until tomorrow to cure to be sure it's dry then I'll give it a test run. Thinking about using the hose from outside to fill it then drain it. Idk how I'll get all the water out of the sump though...

One big thing I'd suggest, if nobody else has yet, is to have the wall socket changed. Being that close to the tank, and dealing with water, you really want a GFCI protected socket. These are the ones like you have in your bathrooms with the integrated ground-short protection, and have the test/reset buttons on them.

Literally couldn't agree more with this. Being that close to water, it's an easy $17 to spend for a GFCI.
