New to SPS: how does this look?

I've had marine tanks for the better part of two decades but only started keeping some simple zoas and one LPS for abut a year. I've always been afraid to to jump into SPS. Well after changing over my FOWLR over a couple of years to a more reef friendly environ by lowering the nitrates and PO4 and increasing flow and general water quality I came across a beautiful ORA Green Birdsnest frag from someone near me and I decided to give it a shot. The frag has been in my tank for a week and AFAICT it looks just like what it did when I saw it in it's old tank when I picked it up, maybe better color because my LED lights seem to make it pop a little more. I plopped the frag down in the lower 1/3 of my tank and it looked good to me but I don't know squat about SPS polyp extension so I figured I would let the experts weigh in:

I guess my question is how is the flow, mostly from a Vortech and wavy sea return spinning my Mag 9.5's return water swirling things around, and how quickly should I move it up more to the top of the tank? The polyps look extend to me but I can't tell because it looked like this almost from the moment I plopped it into my tank so I can't really compare it to what it looks like "closed". Thanks in advance for any advice or comments.

it looks pretty good. move it up it cant hurt it too much. just go slow. maybe a little bit a day. but then again i always start my sps high...

Thanks. I'm probably more paranoid than anything being new to SPS. I figured brining it closer to the top over the next few weeks to where I want it in the end would be good but the flow is what I don't really have much experience with being too much or too little.

looks good. Can i ask what camera and lens combo your using?

LOL, bone stock iPhone4 stablized by being pressed up against the glass. The colors are pretty accurate as this was taken when my midday whites were off which gives the tank a more blue cast which makes the fluorescent greens look sharper. Camera phones are pretty compromised cameras but with decent light the iPhone4 seems to be pretty decent IMHO.
