new to sps

Hi all

i have a green slimmer colony that growing big. today i bought a pink colony of Digi. i want to place it in the middle of the green slimmer like the picture show.

will they sting each other and kill one another?
the location of the pink digi is right under the hydra vegas, is that too much light? i have everything running at 60% power and the slimmer love it,

I think it's a bad idea. I think the digi will get seriously burned by the slimer..
Not to mention it just looks odd and unnatural.

I agree with Matt that it is a bad idea. However, I had the opposite experience. My green Montipora digitata grew over my Bali slimer killing its tissue from its base. I had to intervene and remove the Montipora.
