New to the Hobby - In need of lots of help

Hummm.. Good advise. Mine is to the side but I have a surge protector with every thing plugged in underneath... by my sump Im getting a new sump soon I hope so I might have to do some rearranging! Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

So far sooooo Much BETTER! I am looking at our tank this morning very happy with the weeks results! The 10.00 sock has done so much better than my 60.00 filters!!!! The tank is much more clear and the color looks wonderful. Today hopefully getting a quote on a new sump 40xIDKx15. We have decided on a reef Octopus Skimmer SRO XP 1000 (I think thats correct) either way its a space saver one too. Im looking forward to thinking about one day putting some more coral and a new fish too!!! Looks like I wont be liquidating after all hahaha.

The issue I will be continuing to address is the power heads and the water return spouts. Seems I cant get the power heads right with the sand and now the water return is causing the top of the water to not continuously circulate causing some stagnation. I will keep moving stuff around and hopefully get it to where it needs to be.

Planning on attending the meeting tonight too.

Whatever Brandon! I was wondering if this was the site you were talking about. Yeah I was not really ready to take on a hobby Matt was doing just fine or so we thought... either way I guess I will get it working. Im excited for you guys and baby sad most of the original BIO crew is now really gone... just me and Doc left no more parking cars its just not the same oh but the great memories in the freezing rain, you wrecking in the ditch and teaching Trevino how to drive someones else's standard lol great memories! Anyway I guess I should have emailed you a while ago... but now I've made other friends Just kidding!
