Relatively new to SPS keeping. Have a 210 gal. with a 45 gal sump. I-Tech Skimmer. Parameters are all well with in range. Here's the question. I want to be very careful to not introduce unwanted hitchhikers into the tank when adding new corals. Do you folks recommend fresh water dipping with RX or what suggestions can you offer. Thanks.

Coral rx, revive, whatever kind of dip you like. Then quaranteen it. Plenty of threads on this.

Dips as iap mentioned (I've used coral ex, revive and iodine), i would not do a FW dip on your SPS. If you can quarantine that is also a very good thing. Even after dipping examine the corals closely, dips don't kill eggs.

Dip with revive and QT it. Never intro new corals directly into your display.
Keep couple of six lines, four lines or green coris wrasses as recommended.

do it right setup a QT tank and after your dip keep them there until the all is clear and no eggs visible ...good luck it is going to be a wild ride as i am in the same boat..
