New to trade; need help with Anemone

Hi there! We were given an established tank with a large amount of existing live rock, many inverts (turbo, nassarius, hermit crabs, sand sifting sea stars, fire shrimp) and a Clark and Hippo Tang. It's quite the setup. Anyway, I was hoping for some help identifying our anemone (and our coral if anyone dares). The thing is, we have what seems to be five or six anemone, all between an .5"-1.5" in size, random places throughout the tank on live rock.

First, what are they? Secondly, how do we get them bigger (or at least one bigger)? Third, any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

A better picture would help as I can't really tell from your photo, but that looks a bit like a ricordea to me. They come in a wide variety of colours. The biggest one in my tank is about 2 1/2" in diameter or so.

This are a type of mushroom not an anemone.. No idea on the name but I'm pretty sure it's a shroom

Interesting...It ate shrimp yesterday. So, is it a nuisance object or just lucky? I just found it surprising that there were so many in the tank. For a couple days we found another one on another rock each day.

Okay, on closer examination, I'd say it's not a ricordea. Unfortunately, I don't know what it is.

Yeah looking at the second picture it's hard to tell if it's not a bta anemone. I saw the split tentacles and instantly thought large mushroom but only mushroom I had that would eat shrimp was one given to me as an elephant ear a looooong time ago and it got huge enough for me to get rid of it..

I'd look at Google images for bubble tip anemones and see if you can find that looks like it, It could just be an unhealthy bleached nem Idk.. Pics of multiple specimens in the tank may help with a better I. D..

This looks like a rhodactis mushroom. Sometimes they're also called hairy mushrooms.

Ok, so I can't really figure out how to take a picture of their foot but here it is after it's eaten. Does this help any more? Sorry I can't figure out how to be more helpful! It definitely seems like a Rhodactis mushroom; specifically a lavender. Thanks to 2Addicted for that suggestion.
