New to Tucson.

That bright blue glow out my front window gives me away every time. Jaugat, are you in the neiborhood?

Yes. Name is Jon. Live off of Pima Farms road near where it ends by Lazy K Ranch. You can see my glow out the back window if you drive from the Lazy K back to Continental Reserve Loop looking to the south. Got to stop by and introduce myself sometime! :-)

Quick update, gonna start up a thread soon. I had setup the 10g tank with the sand, water and mangroves I brought with me. Did a bunch of water changes as the water was probly pretty stank from the trip. My 16g nuvo came in a few days ago. Water tested it for about 36hrs, and it was good to go. I swapt everything over and set it up with my 10kk essil. I had picked up 2 small awesome rock anemones for a guy that was trying to get rid of them at "sea" and got a damsel from them to test out my tank and make sure it's safe for upcoming residence. (someone will be getting a free damsel soon!) I'll throw up some pics when I do the thread. I am also gonna post up some small corals im looking for if anyone is looking to sell.

What kind of damsel? Also out in your neck of the woods, can hit the safeway on twin peaks from.my backyard, those kessils are something else, i have 2 10ks on my 90

It is a yellow tail damsel.

What you have in the 90?

I had 3 on my 57g, 2 10k and 1 15k. I was overkill but loved the look. Not many ppl interested in kessils, I think they are amazing.

Yeesh that was a crudy response, teach me to try from my cell.

Yeah the Kessil lights are something else, the shimmer is amazing and I cannot wait to get some corals, the 10k's are what I consider the perfect color. My 90 is only 2 weeks old at this point so no corals yet. I started the cycle with shrimp and biospira, then pulled the shrimp (already half rotted) added a SECOND bottle of biospira and the next day (7/12) 3 blue yellowtails. At that point there was 0 ammonia and 5 ppm nitrite and thats been steadly dropping since.

So if you need a home for that yellow tail I would be happy to offer him one, my wife and I love them and wanted a small group for our 90, our three our doing great and feeding well.
