New too SPS - Pavona

I own a Pavona for about 2 months now and I had it under T5 lights and since I got it it lost its green color and started to form brown spots on it.

I moved it to a heavy flow area and I upgraded my lights to 3 MaxSpec LEDs.

First question is what are the brown spots? Also will they go away and with the new lights will the coral regain its green color?
