New Tunze Osmolator all lights blinking

I Bought a new Osmolator from MD about two months ago. The sticky tape failed causing the unit to take a tumble and is acting weird. All 4 lights are blinking, sirens going off and I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything with no success. Thanks in advance for any help.

In general this will mean something got wet, either the power supply or the controller. It should be sent it for repair. Include a note with your return address and phone number-
