i just received my 2 6000 streams and multicontroller for my 90 gallon i was wandering what the best setting would be

Interval 1 or 2 depending on how much flow you want. Set them up in each back corner.

I am tagging along since I also just bought 2 6100s today. Once placed in the back corners, which direction to aim them? Should they be aimed at each other, to the middle at a 45 degree angle, or straight to the front?

I wouldn't do straight to the front, Try the other two and see what works best for your tank. The only other thing is keep them near the top, this helps with surface agitation, about 6" from the top is good for the 6100.
