New twig for my tank

I picked up this piece and was wondering if anyone could tell what species it is. It came out of a local reefers tank, but I got it from the fish store and they gave it some silly name but didn't know the species.

some sort of stag austerua?

Yeah too small. My best guess form the new growth there would be formosa.
