New unit does not power on.

Ello,
I was recently ecstatic to get my Apex in. Doing a quick hook up of the display unit, the base unit, and the energybar 8, the only indicator i get is a flashing yellow on the energy bar.

I tried several combinations even though the manual says aquabus can be hooked up in any order. I power cycled several times and waited over an hour.

The display unit never turns on, the base unit never shows ANY indicators of power, and the EB8 just keeps flashing yellow.

Just wanted to follow up and say that both George(ReefGeek) and Curt(Neptune) worked quickly to fix the problem.

With some basic troubleshooting I hope I've narrowed the part down to a faulty USB cable between the apex base and the EB8. Curt is taking care of me.

Looking forward to getting my hands 'dirty' getting this thing configured and set up!
