NEW Vortex MP40W Hit the Bed... HELP!

Recently bought and installed mp40w and it was working just fine for month or so,.then I unplugged it to neatin' up my wires through some nice wire holder loops for my tank room. I plugged it back in and it goes threw its blinking color changes and then it just does nothing, I noticed a little bit of light fizzling around at the bottom of the light bar ....like it has all the spectrum colors in its little sparkle of about an 1/8th inch at the lower bar area.


No water what so ever gets near this thing and everything and I mean everything in my tank room is fine other than this thing.

What was the issue?

They say theres a glitch in the soft ware... But a couple of mins reseting the internal codes and shes up and running..
