New ways to crash my tank

I been wanting a larger tank and should have done it 3 yrs ago when the tank crashed. Since it has to go in the same place as current tank I didn't want to a transfer into buckets etc etc
So about a year ago I decided to go with no water changes. Top off only with tap water (prime added)
No more measuring except for salinity.
Added a zoevit reactor to grow the mulm for the sps.
Vodka dose at 33 ml crazy amount for a 57 gal but seems to work.

So far tank is still stable and good colors. Nothing grow too fast but I have a lot of stuff in it.
I'm picking items to add a Ca reactor and think that's going to do it...lol
also getting some t5 next week to help cook the sps

I recommend not changing your bulbs, that seemed to work for me. :uzi:

My wife wants a new house. I told her if we do move, I will be getting a larger tank. She gets something, I get something! I'm thinking 120-150 range. Much bigger than that and she will divorce me over the maintenance.

Or you can give me your livestock
Tell your family you got robbed
Hahah

I can take everything off your handsl lol... tank stand etc

i have a small 10 gallon at work with a pistol shrimp and goby in addition to softies, zoas, RBTA and CUC. i hadn't performed water changes for about 10 months and the tank was going strong, though there was very little growth from any of the corals.

last month i forgot to fill up the ATO reservoir and came back monday morning to find the water level super low and the return pump blowing bubbles. that triggered a crash and unfortunately i lost my anemone and possibly my goby. everything but my mushrooms and leathers melted as well.

just saying, you might be in for a bit of a wait if you want it to crash.

I call dibs on your tank Mike! :)

About a year back someone had a great Keith Grant tank for sale but I got gun shy and didn't pick it up. :( Wasn't much bigger then what I had but wish I did.

All other times I crashed my tank were when I was on Vac. But we're doing Alaska again for 3 weeks and that did it few years back and may again. lol

I have two 36" units over my 210. Love the light goes well with the mitras
