My filtration is nothing more than a hollowed out wet/dry with trays for floss and micron. I run an asm g3 skimmer...18 watt uv and run carbon and phosban constantly. Carbon gets changed every 2-3 weeks. I do 60 gallon water changes every week. I feed anywhere from 10-20 times a day. Anytime i walk by the tank i add something for them. I go thru 5-8 sheets of nori every day. Depending on the fish and where they came from i do not always qt. My salinity is 1.020. I keep a small amount of cupramine in the tank to cut down on parasites. I do alot of things outside the box and have for 20 years with great success. There are still a few fish on my want list but i will not add anymore to this system. I moved the banded in with my leafy rhino today. He wasn't being picked on but just a little too timid during the feeding frenzy. I gave him a slower pace tank to make sure he is getting enough food. I will add a few more pics tonight.
