New zoa colony not opening

Picked up a new colony of blue hornets zoas song with a utter chaos colony. The utter chaos has opened already and seems to be doing fine but the blue honeys remain closed. I have them at the bottom of the tank, one did open but then it closed back up, there's about 20 on the rock. Both were local pickup, dipped then washed in my tank water and set in. Could they not be getting enough light? Thoughts ? Help?

How long they been in there as they could go moody for quite a while after being dipped ect

If the don't open up in a couple days moves them up. Mine sit half way up on my tank/landscape

had the same thing happen when I bought my first zoas, just gave them a little time and moved them up a bit
