new zoa not looking good

I purchased some frags from vividaquariums, the order arrived on thrusday. most of the zoas are tiny, one frag isn't doing well at all. the tiny polyps appear to be melting away. is there anything I could possible do to help them recover or are they lost?

Probably a little late but I've had good luck adding vitamin c & I have dosed it ever since the first time I used it.

Also you can try a Bayer dip in case there's a pest, & move them to lower light.

Flow. Anytime you get any new coral, especially if it's shipped, double especially if it's zoanthids, make sure they're getting at least moderate water movement.
