New Zoas won't open

I received three colonies of Zoas from a reputable online seller 9 days ago and they are barely opening. The frog spawn, superman monti, ora birds nest, clam and yellow polyps are all doing well just the zoas are having a hard time.

I have tested all of my water parameters and seem to be in check.

It is a 250 gallon tank with 250 watt metal halides over the tank. I currently have the three colonies set at different depths just to see if that would encourage any of them to open. The devilish colony seem to be doing a little better two of the three open half to full every day. But the other two colonies hardly open if not at all. If you guys have any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.

3 colonies? Are they wild collected zoas? If yes, then place them on your sand bed where less light coming to them, only place them to higher place when they are fully open.
