New Zoo Frags!

I just picked up some frags, i dipped them and added them to an established tank. Only my actinic were on when i added them to the tank. They were open that night, yesterday and today, they are still closed. They have a clear or white tip. I have them on a piece of LR on the bottom of my tank. I have a lot of flow and run 250 DE HQI MH. Is the lighting to hard on them? Any advise?

How long have they been closed. Just a few hours?

Not sure, they were open when i put them in the tank, at night, around 7pm. The next day when i got home from work, they were closed, today, closed with a white skin on them, i removed them tonight, dipped in TMCC for 15 min, and put them high in the tank where there is a lot of flow.
