newbie-looking for overflow box setup

Looking for an inexpensive overflow box setup for my 75 Gallon that is newly setup. Does not need to be new ....just working. This is the only item I need to get the system up and flowing. I am in Portland area.

I have a CPR CS90 overflow that hung on the back of a tank for a few months but has never been used as an overflow.

Its been sitting in the basement for the last few years.
