newbie nano set up 25litre

Hi,

Seems THIS is the place to come and get advice

I have recently got a cube 1ftx1ftx1ft 25litres, this came supplied with a small internal filter and 11w light.

Now if it is possible i would like to set this up as a small marine tank.

From what i know it would be better suited to some small corals and frags??

I will be starting this from scratch so will need as much info as possible.Including all the basics, such as will need an r/o unit? im guessing i will have to change the filter? If so what output should i be looking for?

Will i need a skimmer or not?

Stocking options??

Theres just too many things to inform you about in one post, so its easier just to guide you to that thread lol.

It goes into everything from filtration, lights, and i think he's even got corals in there too...cant remember.

Its a long thread, yes, but do take the time to read it all. You'll be surprised at all the stuff you didnt even think about before

I did skim through most of that over the last week, yet i still have questions

Can anyone tell me, does my cube need drilling? Or can i make do with upgrading the filter?
