Hi everyone

So the marine bug bit me and I'm currently planning on getting the following setup. I'm not from the states so I have a couple of restrictions as so what I am able to buy from our LFS. I'm planning on getting a 85g softie and lps tank that is 48"(L) x 24"(w) x 18"(h), considering changing it 24" h
Depends on how the increased depth will affect the lighting. I'm planning on running a bubble magus curve 5 skimmer rated for 130g, a 60g sump with a refugium. For powerheads 2x Sicce voyager 4 powerheads with wavemaker controler (they are rated at 1600g each). For lighting I'm going for LED's but not sure what are the options I have available and what wouldn't break the bank completely. I was interested in the aquamaxx nemolight 72w but I don't think that It will be powerfull enough to have sufficient par readings at the depth. I've seen good lights on Amazon but I will then have to import them. Any advice and guidelines on the current setup will be much appreciated and whether or not it will work. TIA

The light is really underpowered for the tank unless you plan on running at least 2 of them..

For a coral tank of that size you probably need more along the lines of something with A minimum of 150 watts of LEDs..

Everything else seems fine though..
I have the bubble magus curve on my 80G tank and it works great..

Thank you very much for the reply, yes I'm looking for alternative options. Saw some pretty powerfull LED units from philzon and viparspectra but they will need importing.

The viparspectra can be bought on Amazon no need for importing.
