Newbie question

OK I recently got 2 Ocellaris Clownfish, and want to eventually add an Anenome.

So I ordered a new light for the anenome. Problem is I had to return my old light. I wanted to know if I am causing harm to my clownfish by not having a light on them for 3 or 4 days?

Any advice?
