Hello everyone!

I just found this site and it's wonderful! I'm in Knoxville, the south end, almost in Seymore.

I just got up and running my Christmas present, a 12 gallon Delux NC. I want it to be just softies, zoos and shrooms.

I'm looking forward to coming to a meeting one month and am very much looking forward to the frag swap. Hopefully by then my tank will be ready for some corals.

I am, however, looking for some live rock. Does anyone here have any they wish to part with or know anyone who does?

Thanks,
Olivia

If you can't find any here locally, I think I saw a thread or two over in the MTRC forum of people bringing some to the swap... Good luck, and glad to have you here... :D

Welcome Olivia from a fellow newbie! I haven't seen any local member selling rock yet, but I know that exotic pets in sevierville had some decent rock. That's where I got mine the other day. They have some smaller pieces suited for our nano tanks...and there's an emerald hiding out in one of them. :-)

Welcome to RC, Olivia!

If you would like and are coming to the MTRC frag swap (or someone doesn't mind picking it up for ya), I've got a green mushroom you can have. :)

Just let me know and welcome to the wonderfully addictive world of reefs! :D

Green Mushroom!!! YAY!!! Unfortunately I can't come to the swap. I'm heavily involved in border collie rescue and Saturday is our monthly meet and greet with adoptable dogs. I could have snuck away but I didn't know about the frag swap early enough.

Can anyone pick up a mushroom for me and bring it back?

Thanks Brandon!!

Excellent! I guess if Randy is willing to pick it up and keep it Saturday night I will come and get it Sunday.

Thanks again,
Olivia
