newbie - Sump design?

Can someone tell me if this design is ok? Just doing a FOWLR, no need for a refugium, but I thought about maybe putting some live rock down there with the heater. That will also hold my sponge filter when it's not being used for the QT tank.

Any advice, corrections definitely appreciated.

IMHO, I'd also grow a large wad of chaeto via a clamp on reflecter CFL light bulb in the middle chamber. IMHO- rock belongs in the DT- but it does work the same either place.

If if it remains "FOWLR"- yea- right; the Chaeto will keep the algae growth down, etc.

Here's my sump currently- my former 125g DT

The plastic tub under the chaeto has ~ 3in finely CC in it for critters to inhabit, etc.

I have similar design to the OP blueprint, but I am using my middle section as a refugium. I used my old 55 gal tank and it came out good. I added also two egg crates in between bafflers to use filter pads and filter media.

From left to right: Intake 6'', Skimmer 8'', refugium 14'', pump 6'' if I remember correctly
