newbie to the large reef tank

I am a newbiw to the big boy club but not to reefing.I recently purchased an oceanic 215g ultimate and plan on doing it slow and right.My question is that i am planning on putting a good controller on the system and do not really want to invest in a chiller.What is the best way to keep the temp at a stable par.?Should i put fans in the canopy and hook them up to the controller or is there a better way to control temp.I live in NH so even in the summer the room the tank is in does notget crazy hot but does get warm.
