newbie would like help

hey Im a newbie and would like some help here..I looked up in my saltwter book about this problem I am having in my tank..and it suggests that it could be one of two things..First perhaps Lateral Linedesease or a bacterial desease.. I will be posting a short video in abit to further help me figure it out and treat..They look so sad and sore..
