Newbie

Hot dog another St. Pete reefer! I'm here in St. Pete too. Welcome to the TB club here on RC. Can you tell us a little about your tank and how long you've been in the hobby? Are you a newbie to reef tanks or just to TBRC?

Hi,
Welcome to TBRC forum! New to the area or just new to Saltwater?

Ben

Man Ben you type quick!
P.S. those are great pics of your tank!

I've got a 8 gal biocube - dominated by zoas - 2 fish - 1 clown and 1 tiny tomini tang. My first tank - it's been up and running since Jan. I'll take some pics at work tomorrow.

ok...

listen closely, i have been looking for you. i don't know if you are ready to see what i have to show you, but unfortunately we have run out of time.

they are on to you by now and they'll be coming for you!!

they've read through your thread and they are coming. the tang police are coming!!

you are the one! the one the prophesies have foretold would come to wage war!!
to challenge all the tang police stand for! shattering the 4ft guideline by rocking a tang in an 8 gallon!

-morpheus

ps- teach me how to dodge bullets sometime. just messing with you!:D i know the tang is tiny. WELCOME!!!

question is... will you keep a chevron in a betta bowl if we can green light a sequel?

Gotta love nano tanks; no need for fancy filtration, just keep a bubbler in a bucket of saltwater, rinse the mechanical pad and swap out 25% weekly!

BTW, the Ga AQ uses ten fish lengths as a rule of thumb for the distance their whale sharks need to swim, ten fish lengths for a fat 4” Tang is a 4’ tank, yet I have kept Yellow Tangs in a 3’ long 40-gallon for a decade

oh yeah, I kept a Banded Coral Shrimp in a Betta bowl for a year with 50% water weekly changes from the 120 predator tank

Acolin- you found the glitch. coral banded shrimp don't have police!

PinkEscape- promise that your first avatar will be neo leaning back, dodging bullets..... that is, if they haven't gotten you by now! :eek1: :eek2: :eek1: :eek2:

ewgthegreat- whats up, man. pm me and we'll work out a trade on those shrooms.

zachstone13 - LOL! Should I be scared of the tang police? They haven't gotten me yet... I was thinking about getting a Naso annulatus the giant unicornfish -would that not be good either?
