It is a diy complete I just didnt have to do the drilling or tapping look at it like this 150 bulbs 3 watt cree with 60 degree optics so 7 bucks each plus 10 mean well dim able drivers then add in power supply cases dimming controllers fans and heat sink and it all ads up fast.

What are the dimensions of the heatsinks? What size is the tank you're putting it on?

How many and what kind each CREE 3w LED did you use? XP-E, XR-E?

Did you go with a 2-1 Royal Blue to Cool White?

They are the xr-e I didn't go 2 to 1 its almost 50 50 but I always planned on supplementing with actinics I think it helps to balance t a little better but to be honest with the entire fixture on at 100% (including moonlights) it gives close to a 20k look

Well finally got the par meter on my system thanks Dave and Henry and I am simply amazed. You have to remember my tank is 30 inches deep the led fixture is putting out around 100 par on the bottom of the tank ad this is after I removed all the optics. this value will go up as I am planing to use optics to spotlight certain corals

jeff you know i been out for a while.how does that compare to the readings with your metal halides. u had 250 or 400 watters?
