Next fish?

Like one of the other posts this morning I am looking to finally add another fish to my tank. Right now I have 2 perc. clowns - not a mated pair. Any suggestions? I'm toying between a fairy wrasse, green chromis or royal gramma but am open to other suggestions.

The plan is to eventually add a flame angel as well, but that will be well down the road from now. I know it must be the last fish added. We had one several years ago but she died suddenly during an ich outbreak. We tried putting her in a QT and treating with hypo but it didn't help - the clowns survived but the flame and another fish died within 24 hrs of the first spot appearing. It was very sad (in fact, I still get a little sad thinking about it).

Anyway, we're ready to start adding fish again and are pondering our next move - any suggestions would be great!

Dont do the chromis. I bought 2 and 1 commited suicide. Your clowns might become a mated pair. Look at the Firefish. Its a pretty one also. Good luck choosing them.

I just bought a lubbocks fairy wrasse a few weeks ago. I think it's a very beautiful fish, lots of color, stays out in the open, and very peaceful. If I get any other fish, I'll probably be looking for a purple firefish. The only thing with wrasses and firefish though is that you must have a hood or screen over the top of your tank because they jump.

I think a goby would be a good choice. Most are rather personable.
