5 Days without power... lost sooooo much stuff in my 125 Salt
wihtout power or a generator, I used cooking sterno, floating in metal mixing bowls in my sump, to keep the temp. from falling, I couldnt raise the temp, but I was able to maintain 60.0 degrees.

My two clowns made the 5 days, 1 flame cardinal, 2 PJ's made it.

1 - 3 Year Old Flame Angel
1 - 3 year Old 6 Line Wrasse
4- Green Chromis
1 - Pajama Cardinal

Who knows how many crabs, snails, ect.

Oh yeah and then all the coral...

3 Huge Xenia colony's
10 different mushroom colony's
4 different Zoanthid colony's
10 assorted frags I had just purchased...

So... anyone in my area that has anything to donate, please, please, please... I am not picky, especially in the situation as it came. I live in the Seacoast of NH if anyone can help.

Damn, I'm so sorry for your losses. :(

I'm glad you had a couple things pull through though...

You have some great reefers in your area so I'm sure they're be a helping hand right around the corner...

However, before you start major restocking grab a generator. They are a PITA to run, but they can and will save your entire tank and its inhabitants.

Room mate and I are investing in one as we speak, another reason on the delay for my own restocking out of my pocket.

This was an extrememly stressful thing to go through, obviously for the fish, as well as myself.

We had a UPS on the heater, but the heater draws so much power that was useless after the first day.

I had my room mate remove the dead fish from the live rock, and as many dead snails ect as possible. I lowered the temp on the heaters so that the temp is coming back slow, I dont want to stress them out any more.

These are the two clowns that made it...
