Niger Trigger for a reef?

I'vr been told by a few that a Niger Trigger will be fine in my 58 reef. Anyone have any comments?

The reef part might not be an issue, but the fact that it is a 58 will be the issue.

Niger Triggers are often available very small, but the small Niger can turn into a large terror in a few years...."Reef-safe", perhaps...Community friendly, not so much....58 gallon safe, definitely not.

I agree with the first part, not necessarily the second. Some nigers are extremely mild-mannered, even after years in reef tanks. Some are unholy terrors.

Not really.

They grow pretty fast to be honest.

yeah they grow fast i had one in my 75gal, he out grew it in probably about a 6months
