I have just given in to the ric temptation and bought one blue and one orange... I have PCs - should I still put them towards the bottom of the tank? sand or rock? what kind of flow?

Depends. I have mine on the sand because I do not want them taking over my SPS/zoas. Medium/low flow is what mine seem to like.
