nikon d60 first attempt

well I just got a nikon d60 and decided to give it a shot and take some pics.

any thoughts or suggestions on taking better pics

this is with the 18-55 lens

Shoot in raw - edit in ACDsee to get color balance correct.

Turn off all flow.

Use a tripod.

And practice

A tripod would help. You may think you can hold your had still when you click the button but its always gonna move.
