so, either they're slow to develop, or I just need to be more observant.
It's been a LONG time since I updated this thread, so I thought I'd give a quick update. The first batch of eggs I tried rearing died just after I got back from my 7 day work trip. They were underfed while I was gone (my wife didn't feed them enough I think). Work was so busy I didn't have time to raise any more until recently.
Currently I have 10 clowns that are about 3 weeks old. I can see the 3rd stripe starting on a few of them, and others just have 2 stripes. They're eating baby brine and crushed up pellets now.
Once they get bigger I plan on selling/trading them to people. I don't picture being able to get rid of 10 clowns locally to people here on RC. Do you guys trade/sell them to the LFS for cash or credit once they get big enough? How big are they when you take them to the store?
