Nitrate / Nitrite levels.

Temp has been a steady 79 since I set up the tank. AT time of death all parameters were perfect. There may have been a little NO2 / NO3. I was feeding Phyto about every other day and a reef additive everyday.

I dont think thats a yellow in his tank. Looks more like a standard pink toadstool (no offense meant).

none taken my friend, it is actually a yellow, however i think the camera shot with the actinic light makes it look pinkish, but honestly it is yellow:)

I know you guys are gonna freak when I tell you this. My skimmer is a Red Sea Prizm. I used to have a 26 gal fish only so I used to have it on there.

To make a long story short I just ordered new lighting. I feel I had to switch from PC to MH. The vendor told me my new lighting will provide 3 times the light.

Anyway, the Prizm was convenient and seems to do a good job. The problem is when I filled the tank I didn't check the distance from the wall so I can't mount it on the back of the tank. I can't leave it on the side because I need to mount the lighting.

Can you guys recommend a good skimmer for my 75gal that can sit below the tank won't sting my wallet?

Thanks.

because your in the usa, and im over here in the uk, im not familiar with your standard skimmers, perhaps burntoutreefer can advise you there
